PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND SKILLS: from the self-assessment process, the professional will present a series of perceived skills and attitudes related to his or her professional profile. It is at this moment that the trainer / coach he is replaced by the work psychologist who, through psychometric tests, analyzes the actual skills and attitudes of the subject in question. From here, through a comparison between the results of the self-assessment paths and the outcome of the psychometric tests, the actual inclination of the professional is evaluated, analyzing the attitudes of which the subject has full knowledge and the new talents that are deduced from the decoding of the technical tests.
BUDGET OF STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES: it is the moment in which, through a summary and summary phase, we move on to the enhancement of the positive aspects, analysis of the critical issues and the consequent choice of intervention strategies.
